I’m the founder of Mystically Free—a teacher, intuitive guide, Reiki Master Teacher, and lifelong student of spirituality, consciousness, and the wonderfully mysterious nature of being human.
For 20 years, I worked with children and teenagers. During that time, I learned something that continues to guide everything I do: children want to be heard. They want to know that who they are, what they feel, and what they have to say matters.
The child within each of us wants the same thing.
So many of us learned to quiet our voices, hide the parts of ourselves that felt like “too much,” and become who we believed we needed to be. Over time, we can lose touch with our joy, intuition, desires, and the wonderfully authentic person we were before the world told us who to become.
My own life has been a journey of remembering.
As an adopted child without access to my biological ancestry, I grew up carrying deep questions about identity, belonging, and what it means to truly know yourself. Somewhere inside me, though, I always knew I was here for a larger purpose. I felt called to serve and to help others recognize the light within themselves—even before I understood what that calling would eventually become.
Spirituality had always been quietly calling to me. I was fortunate to find the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I earned an associate degree in holistic healthcare and began formally exploring the work that already felt familiar to my soul.
For more than 22 years, I have continued studying spirituality, energy, consciousness, intuition, and metaphysical practices. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education, and have spent decades learning how people grow, heal, discover themselves, and reconnect with their inner knowing.
I was also born on August 8, 1980—08/08/80, my own magical triple eights—at the height of the Lion’s Gate Portal. This energetic alignment is associated with courage, awakening, transformation, and remembering our divine nature. Its symbolism has always resonated deeply with me and with the work I now feel called to bring into the world.
One of my most profound transformations has happened within my own body. Over the past two years, I have lost more than 120 pounds. But the deepest change wasn’t a number on the scale. For the first time, I learned to genuinely love myself, be present within my body, and feel at home there.
That journey taught me that transformation isn’t about rejecting who we have been. It begins when we are finally willing to listen to ourselves, love ourselves, and come home to the parts of us we once abandoned.
Hi, I’m Kimberly
My Approach
My work brings together spiritual wisdom, energetic practices, intuitive guidance, inner-child insight, nervous-system awareness, self-discovery, and something adults are rarely invited to experience enough of: play.
I believe healing can be profound without always being heavy. Self-discovery can include curiosity, laughter, imagination, and wonder. Spirituality doesn’t have to feel intimidating or inaccessible—and you don’t need to become someone new to create a more meaningful life.
Sometimes, you simply need a safe place to hear yourself again.
Through private intuitive sessions, workshops, programs, energetic transmissions, and the Wonder Codes, I help people explore the stories they have carried, reconnect with their inner knowing, and remember the authentic self beneath the expectations.
I’m not here to tell you who you should be.
I’m here to help you listen deeply enough to remember who you already are.
A Little More About Me
I may have spent decades studying psychology, education, energy, and spirituality—but I’m also someone who is completely obsessed with Moo Deng and loves nearly every small animal I encounter.
When I visit a zoo or aquarium, I talk to all the animals. I didn’t realize everyone didn’t do this until my husband pointed it out during an educator night at the aquarium.
I will run through sprinklers. I would happily fill an entire pool with Orbeez. I regularly attempt to invite the neighborhood squirrels into my apartment, despite their continued refusal to accept my hospitality.
My childlike sense of wonder isn’t something I grew out of. It is one of my greatest gifts—and it is at the heart of everything I create.
Welcome to Mystically Free—a place to be heard, reconnect with your magic, and create a life filled with more authenticity, freedom, joy, and wonder.
